(June 8, 2022, 4:05 pm)Great service! Our storm drain was clogged and our basement flooded. Sean ground up the roots that had grown through small cracks in the drain, fixing the problem temporarily. He also gave us information on how to fix the problem long term and estimates for each option. He was very helpful and thoughtful with everything. We are so grateful!

Mike was our tech.
The product we had installed is top line, very impressed and very happy with our purchase....
our technician (Mike) was a very professional and responsible worker.
Mike was easy to talk to, well informed on our needs and did a fine job with no problems what so ever.
We plan on using their services again and we look forward to using the same tech (Mike)....

(April 15, 2022, 5:20 pm)Both Dave and his apprentice arrived on time and after we spoke for a few minutes, they got straight to work. Dave is a skilled plumber and his apprentice was eager to learn and also did a fantastic job. The repair went smoothly and they actually did a few additional things that weren't included on the bill that made the faucet removal and installation even better than we anticipated!
We couldn't be happier with Carter's Plumbing and we'll be sure to use them again for all of our plumbing needs!
