Went in for parts for my pick up. I was offered help immediately upon entering and only had to wait a short time while the parts were located. The parts were less expensive than at o reillys so that made me happy. Over all a good experience and no complaints.

The young man was so helpful and kind! I tried to get my windshield wipers replaced, before storm/rain came..but, he still replaced them as it began to rain! And was a real lifesaver!! All the employees there are respectful and kind!

I had Braden* (might be misspelled) assist me with a new battery . He checked my old battery and got me hooked up with a new one . His customer service skills were great ! I really felt as though he cared about me as a customer and he took the time to set my battery up right and plus it was cold and rainy outside . Thanks again ! I would definitely recommend to others !

11-28-20 I went to Advance Auto Parts in Colonial Heights next to Burger King and they were absolutely great. I had to get a new battery and getting the old one out was not easy. Danny was wonderful and had great customer service!!! Thank you
