I had a book with a binding that was cracked with pages falling out so I took it in to have it spiral bound. It was a thick book and the spiral wasn't quite big enough so some of the holes were ripped when we picked it up. After writing an in-house review, the sales manager contacted me with ideas to resolve it. I was pretty impressed with his willingness so I took it back in along with another book that needed attention.
Thank you, Haydn Peterson for resolving the issue on the first book and also the second. I'm a frequent customer and will remain one.
Oh, the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I did have to take it back in but otherwise I'm very happy with the service.

Was looking for 8x10 photo frames - cheap, for four pictures I wanted to display at my son’s grad celebration in less than an hour. They had 2 packs of “certificate of achievement” frames for $5.99. Worked out perfectly.

I went to Office Depot to purchase a new laptop for my new job. I use my IPad for everything these days so I am pretty much out of the loop when it comes to using a computer. One of the managers, Kelly, assisted me with choosing the correct laptop based on what I would be using it for. She stayed beyond her shift schedule to set up the new laptop and transfer files from my old laptop so I could get it back the same day. Kelly was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Highly recommend this location. If you need something printed, ask for Janice. She is incredible. She takes the time to go over your options and is fast and efficient in printing your job. As a business owner, it’s a relief to know your work is in the best hands. Thanks so much Janice!

I really enjoy going to this store. I use their print shop often from small jobs to big. The employees are so helpful and always do their best to get me the best price. Their binding is done very well and I have never regretted using their services. Any time their self-print option messes up, they are extremely patience and helpful in fixing it and answering any questions I may have about my documents.
