Laundry Palace

Great place, great service. I utilize their drop off services. Clothes are always serviced just the way I like it. The girls are very nice and professional. Dawn is the best. Keep up the good work guys!

Very clean and neat! Excellent location from my hotel. Nice collection and variety of washers and dryers. Carts available and in great shape. Change machine is functioning smoothly. They also have laundry service which is a great option if you’re not in a rush (24-48hr).
The employee was helpful and answered my questions appropriately.

Place is clean. There is an app to pay for stuff. They have an ATM to get cash. They have a coin changer. They sell detergents. Machines are coin or app operated. They have small medium and large washing machines. I think medium does the equivalent of 3 loads and large is 6 loads. Small I think is 2 loads, not entirely sure. They also have dryers that work in 6 minute increments per 25 cents. There are a couple of large ones that I didn't get details on but pretty much everything could fit in the normal size dryers.They have dry cleaning services there as well. There is an employee on site who is super helpful. There are vending machines onsite near the bathroom which is towards the back of the establishment.

First time laundromat visit. Moved to senior housing. They have machines but the one on our floor is broken and we've heard it could be September before getting a replacement. We decided to try the Laundry Palace. We (my wife and I) didn't know anything about laundromats but KATIE was Extremely helpful and pleasant. She took the time to answer all our questions and give us tips on the machines and how to use them even though she was quite busy. Even pointed out the differences in how the machines there differed from those at the apartment and home machines. It made our first time so much easier and better!! Thank you Katie!!!

My washing machine decided to stop working and getting a new one delivered will take a few weeks. I have only been to a laundromat probably twice in my life, and that was probably over 25 years ago.
So my search began to find a place to wash my clothes. I looked online at several different ones, and this seemed like the best place to come.
I wasn't sure how it worked when I walked in. I asked the lady at the counter, super nice and helpful.
I was impressed by how clean the place was, not sure what I was expecting. I also liked that you can download an app and link it to your card. I wish I knew that before I went to the ATM and pulled out cash.
I loved that I was in and out in under an hour. This place is great.
