What a wonderful place to help you with your medical needs. The order for an ice machine and a CMP machine that my Dr. ordered months before my major knee surgery was not going through the system. I was so upset that I was waiting for the equipment and it was not delivered. Mr. Newman, the owner, viewed the problem and had the equipment immediately brought to my home. I am so very grateful that he cared enough to take charge of the problem. Thank you so much Mr. Newman. Also, the people I’ve dealt with, at your company, were very kind, as well.

I had rotator cuff surgery recently. After I got home in a few hours I was in pain and felt my arm wasn’t hanging right in my sling. I called Befitting on a Friday after 6P, and left a message. Caitlen called me back within an hour, came to my home and adjusted my sling. I was so thankful. My swelling immediately reduced and I was able to rest peacefully. She was friendly, knowledgeable and patient to make sure my family knew what to do to get it on and off of me the next time I needed to remove it. This was a great experience and she rendered wonderful customer service.

My doctor recommended this business after hip surgery. The device representative that came to my home to set up the equipment was excellent. Colin was very professional, very knowledgeable with great customer relations skills. I would give Colin 5 stars, but when I had questions regarding billing/diagnosis codes- the customer service representatives over the phone were not helpful and somewhat argumentive. Colin was good 👍
