I was very impressed with customer service response. I received a response to my request within 24 hours. Customer service team provided request product manual with an hour of my responding with information they requested. HoMedics, Inc. has set the bar for what other organizations should follow.

I just want to say that my Homedics waterfall stopped playing music. I figured it was my remote. I talked with someone on the phone (goodness can’t remember her name) and she was so nice. Ordered the remote, it came two days later. I immediately plugged it up and wala the music started playing. Thank you so much and so sorry I can’t remember your name. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.☺️☺️

I've read a couple bad reviews about customer service, but I actually had an GREAT experience. I bought a neck massager, which I love. (It's actually even a better back and leg massager too.) I had a minor issue with it, so I called to see what my options were. The hold time on the call was a little long (maybe 6 minutes), but once they answered, they totally came through. They sent me a brand new replacement for free, no shipping charges or anything. I didn't have to send mine back either. Really some of the best treatment I've ever received as a customer, which is why I'm going out of my way to leave a review. Highly recommend buying anything here. Loved the product as well. I'll be returning for sure.
