  I’m very grateful to have found MedVet when our dog needed an emergency c-section when she was unable to pass 2 puppies. I had called a couple of clinics prior to finding medvet and they told me I will not be able to keep her only newborn puppy with her. MedVet staff were very caring and reassured me that the puppy will be taken care of and will be with her mom before and after procedure. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable and caring and they answered all of our questions and phone calls. Everything went well with no complications and I’m very grateful for this place and the peace of mind they had given us.

  Our interaction with them was a bitter-sweet time. Everyone here is extremely friendly and caring. You can really tell every one of them truly loves what they do. They will do anything to help your fur baby. We brought our 13 year old dog in here a couple of months ago late at night when she was showing signs of respiratory distress. There were only two options that we got. One, spend 5k+ on treatment to maybe prolong her life by a week and no guarantee that she would be in any less pain or discomfort and still the ending would have been the same. We had to make the difficult decision to let her go. The staff was there throughout the entire process and let us know everything that they were about to do. They let us have as much time as we wanted with her in the room before they came in. Thank you everyone here for making this extremely difficult day and decision a little easier for us. You are some amazing people. If I ever need an emergency vet again, I will be sure to come back here and I 100% recommend them to anyone who needs one as well. Your and your fury companion will be well taken care of here.

  I am so grateful for this place! Every person at every level was incredibly thoughtful and kind. They were very patient with us. Explained everything, empathetic, understanding, not in a rush, and offered me sensible options. Kudos to whomever is responsible for keeping this staff able to be upbeat and caring, when we know they face a lot of heartbreak every day. We were fortunate to have an excellent outcome, and it made a massive difference to have wonderful people help us through the scary part.

  Very friendly, even at 4am when you’re panicked about your pet. We appreciated their candor and ability to keep us updated on where we were in line and our furry friends condition.
  
  They always have a vet led ER staff available. We would recommend them to anyone who needs emergency support for their pets, lucky to have them in our area.

  We needed to bring our dog in for an emergency visit late on sunday night after she was bit by a muskrat. They saw her quickly and were very kind and professional. Luckily we live very close. We were treated compassionately. Our dog is doing good. After our first experience with MedVet, we will recommend them to our family and friends.
