Snowy Ridge Park

Nice lil park with a hill for fun sledding.
Can be a lil hard to climb when it gets icy.
Easy to park and walk to.

There might not have been much snow that day however the icy conditions made for fast sledding!

It was a great snow hill! Just one big hill so easy to keep track of the little one's. The only think I regret is not bringing a chair as there's no where to sit and pulling the kids away from the hill was almost impossible.

Drove past this place on our way to the grocery store and could not wait for it to snow. This hill is huge and safe. Took my toddler and we had a blast for hours.

This is a hill made specifically for snow sledding so the ground is smooth. There is no fee, nobody monitoring anything and the paved parking lot is always plowed. The hill's decline is about 75 yards long. The sleds go slower with fresh unpacked snow or it can get quite fast if the snow's packed down or icy! It's the perfect hill for parents to take the kids to if the parents don't want to be involved in the action. They can stay in the warm vehicle and see everything going on right in front of them. If a child were to get hurt, the parent could see that and get to them quickly!
