Budget Car Rental

I’ve been living here for about a year and it’s fantastic. Maintenance team is very responsive to orders. One of the team members, Nathan, came and helped right away when my toilet fill valve had broken. Very good location, and fantastic staff.
Edit: A week later, Nathan completely saved me. I had dropped an important piece of work equipment, and when I went into the office to see if anyone had seen it, Nathan recognized what I was talking about and had saved it in case it was important. His attentiveness saved me and I know all of the other staff share his commitment.

I lived at Summit for 3 years starting back in July 2019 through September 2022 and I have to say living here was a fantastic experience. The current Mission Rock Management came in about halfway through my time here and I was nothing but impressed. Where to begin? Specifically Ashley Ramos, Michael Barchetti, and Ashley Smith were all phenomenal to work with while living here. There were a number of occasions where they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Examples are: Extending my lease a few extra weeks for me to transition to my new place easier without hassle or charging me a much higher month to month rate. Another time I had a dispute with my car being towed and Ashley Ramos specifically worked with me and was able to wave the towing charge altogether. Beyond being professional and always quick to help you the staff here were just great to talk to you and get to know. I had so many conversations with them throughout my time here which really gave me the feeling of strong community, something I valued and appreciated. The maintenance staff was also exemplary, as they are very fast at resolving your requests. The complex itself is very nice, the units are spacious with nice appliances and granite counter tops. The gym was extremely impressive especially since they had a heavy bag for kick boxing and sparring work if you are into that. All the amenities are great and well maintained. I cannot say enough good things about living here, and will genuinely miss calling Summit home.

I moved in 3 months ago and love it. This apartment complex is a great value. The move in process was great with Ashley - love the dog parks - neighbors are so friendly - trash is taken care of.

HUGE shoutout to Jose, one of the maintenance employees, has been so helpful in going above and beyond to help me with fixing some things in my apartment.

I would definitely recommend this place after looking at a ton of places while I was in PA, planning on moving across country.

Can't recommend this place enough. Hope I can stay another year.

Living at Summit has been such a lovely experience. The whole team, in the office and the maintenance folks are so kind. Recently, Nathan, the assistant service manager, responded to two of my work requests and was such a help! He arrived first thing on Monday after I put in the ticket over the weekend, and fixed both issues with lightening speed! I always experience excellent service at summit!

This was easily the best car rental experience I've ever had. I was in and out with keys in hand in under five minutes. The lady at the counter was helpful and funny. I left with a smile. The return was easy too.

The staff were so helpful and friendly.

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I had an excellent experience. Car was clean and everyone was friendly. Thanks guys!
