  My float at Sapphire Springs was such an amazing experience. I truly enjoyed the ability to be in complete silence, which you cannot find much in our fast paced world. This was my first ever float & I was guided there for spiritual purposes, I certainly found what I was looking for & left with a feeling of deep peace.

  Fantastic establishment. Amazing experience. Very welcoming and clean environment. Staff is top notch. You'll be amazed at how wonderful you feel after floating.

  I visited Sapphire Springs recently. I was curious about sensory deprivation after reading about it online and wanted to experience it. I read up about it and googled up the ones closest to me and Sapphire Springs turned out to be a close by option.
  I made an appointment and dropped in on an evening. The facility opened up to a small waiting space and I was asked to sign a waiver before proceeding to the floatation pod. A very clean room hosting the pod was provided with an inbuilt shower and fireplace. The pod was very clean. Additionally, ear plugs, towels and soap/ shampoo were provided. The experience was very unique and relaxed. The staff was professional and curteous. I was provided with a complimentary water bottle after the experience.
  I did find the towel to contain hairs from previous users (maybe a one off case). I might probably carry my own towel going forward.
  
  I will defenitely return.
  
  Tips for the management: Including a small video or guide for first time floaters will be a great value addition.

  As a multimedia developer, I spend about 50 hours a week in front of a computer screen. At the end of the day my eyes usually hurt and I'm always looking for relief. On advise from a co-worker, I tried this float place. Going in I didn't know what to expect but I had an open mind.
  
  My options when floating were, music/no-music and light/no-light. I was recommended no light and no music, this way it is a complete sensory deprivation and ideal for mental stress relief. The first few minutes were weird. It took me a little while to get use to floating in such dense salt-water but the warmth of the water kept me soothed (95 degrees I was told).
  
  My biggest concern was boredom, what to do without my phone or tv. The guy at the front desk told me to concentrate on my breathing and picture my breath going in and out. As I laid floating in complete silence and darkness I noticed my thoughts were clear and my anxiety slowly crept away. Before I knew it, the hour was up. This was a lot more enjoyable than I expected.
  
  I have now been going to float at Sapphire Springs every Tuesday and Friday for the past three weeks and I could not be happier and more relaxed. Highly recommended!!
