JTots

I’m on child #2 at JTots. My oldest is now 11 and youngest is 3. When I had my first I was so extremely nervous about trusting someone else - especially after my own bad babysitter as a child. However after visiting multiple local daycares I settled on JTots. Then it turned out my old highschool friend and her husband own it! Alexis and Paul are people you can trust to hire only the best. And there are many teachers there who’ve been there for both of my children.

My oldest came to JTots in the crib room and continued on through the summer after kindergarten. We had a short stay in South Carolina in 2014 - and honestly returning to JTots was like returning home. I will NEVER forget that day…she RAN into her teachers arms and Paul hugged me like I was family.

She entered kindergarten entirely prepared and ahead of her friends educationally. I give them 100% of the credit for potty training her also! (She was not a fan of the flush!) She is still a sound student.

When my second came around I contemplated the less expensive Montessori daycare right in my neighborhood. But after visiting there and talking to some of the other parents and children who went there (my oldest’s friends)…there was no question about returning to JTots. She loves going to school and the change in her has been obvious (late start due to the pandemic). Some of the things she talks to me about are unbelievable. And she absolutely ADORES her teachers…she even asks to do sleepovers with them!

If you have fears - that’s normal…but not necessary at JTots. They’ll treat your child like family.

Warm loving environment. Everyone is just wonderful. You can truly see that everyone there is doing what they love. Happy staff, management and happy children. Couldn't ask for a better school.

Therese has been a wonderful teacher. As we leave to go onto the next chapter of school we want to thank you for all that you have done in prek for Emma. Thank You and Elizabeth for all the love and knowledge you have provided. My daughter was only in one of the classrooms but we loved every moment she spend at jtots.

I have my two children at jtots. I have been very happy with the care they have received the last 4 years. The teacher are loving and it's nice to always see the same teachers. They have very little turnover in staff. My kids (although different ages) have had the same teachers. It's nice because you build a relationship with the teachers and they get to know my family on a personal level.

I was referred to JTots by multiple coworkers and friends, and have had my child here from the time they were an infant. The staff has been incredibly caring and responsive for all the years we've been going... And my child loves going. The teachers and staff are great partners in the journey and give us insight on any troubles we may run into as parents. From friends I have whose children have gone through the entire process, they said JTots prepared them more for kindergarten than the places they had taken their other kids.
