Staff goes out of their way to be helpful and kind, especially the pharmacist, Mr. Raj. Best pharmacy service I can imagine. A true gem.

Very impressed with the store manager and cashier. Both were friendly and helpful. Both went out of their way to interact, help and please both myself and another customer. We laughed and joked with manager. Reminded me of times so long ago, felt good. Pleasurable shopping experience. Will definitely return to this Rite Aid store. Thank you.

I go to the Rite Aid on Middlebelt in Farmington Hills quite often. They're never crowded. The cashiers always greet me when I enter. Service is fast and friendly. On Thanksgiving, I forgot mini marshmallows and I called to see if they carried them. The store representative said yes, they did carry them and would have them at the register for me when I got there. I liked that thoughtful customer service. This allowed me to get in and out and not have to go to a crowded supermarket.

The employees working the pharmacy are amazing. Friendly, personable, and go well above and beyond expectations to meet my pharmacy needs. They go out of their way to help. MUCH better than the rude and snotty attitude I ran into with Walgreens.
