Good customer service. The young lady was Friendly at the desk with my order. My forth time there.

Today was my sons first time seeing Lynne to get measured for a back brace. She was just wonderful with him and at her job. I highly recommend her!

My left knee had been repaired for a complete ACL rupture, and later a meniscus tear. My orthopedic surgeon gave me a script to get a supporting brace.

My experience at the Wright & Filippis Farmington Hills location was outstanding. I see the other reviews here talking about long waits and poor service. But, in both of my visits I found the staff courteous and helpful. The wait was maybe 10 minutes, not bad in my book.

The provider who evaluated my case, fitted me for my brace, and provided long term guidance on using and caring for the brace was knowledgeable and patient.

My experience at this location was great. Definitely deserving of 5 stars.

If your child needs a helmet…come here. Robin is awesome!!
She is so good with kids and was extremely thorough with her explanations for every possible aspect of our daughter’s helmet use. They use scanning technology too!
We came into our initial appointment with anxiety and uncertainty but by the time we left Wright and Filippis Farmington office we were at ease and so happy we decided to have our daughter’s flat spot addressed by having a helmet made here.
