Good, thorough title company which offers curbside closing during the pandemic. Minus one star because despite the fact that we elected their curbside option to minimize the contact, their rep was still maskless. Seems they may have missed the point, and hopefully they improve compliance as masks are now state mandated to protect their customers and employees alike.
