This place has excellent inventory options on general vinyl supplies. They're knowledgeable on materials and helpful over the phone. However I'm giving this place only 4 stars because not allowing customers into the building (because of covid) is garbage. It's an excuse to refuse entry for whatever reason. Phoning in my order and waiting in my car for the product to be brought out to me is fine and acceptable but not your mom & pop way of treating your returning customers. I liked being able to walk up to a counter and look at a sample book to pick out my colors. I also liked being able to talk to the person at the sales counter for advice on whatever material I was seeking, as each project I do is never the same as the one before. It's been over a year since the start of the covid pandemic and over 40% of the population is vaccinated. It's time to stop making excuses for low par customer service.
