This was our second time using Pro Home Improvement, and this time was just as easy as the first. This time though, Doug and I laughed and truly enjoyed having the guys over. ESPECIALLY.....Keith and Sam. They are the best. They made sure everything was perfect and the way they would want their house fixed. They even played with our dog Thor! Honestly, I'd invite them over for Sunday dinner with the family.
I appreciate Pro being an honest company. One we are extremely comfortable referring to our friends and neighbors. The moment our salesman Bill came in, he made us feel at ease and engaged us. Explained the different types of materials used and didn't pressure us. He knew exactly what he was talking about.
Our first time was siding the house, this time we roofed and sided the sunroom. As much as I'd rather buy shoes with that money (lol), we are extremely pleased with the entire process.

(July 26, 2020, 3:29 pm)My husband and I are so pleased with all around product and service of ProHome Improvement. They did our insulation yesterday for our walls and attic, we had absolutely no insulation in our walls because it is an older home and the attic was very low on insulation, our air conditioning has been running consistently for the summer so far, but as of yesterday after they finished we noticed a huge difference with in a couple hours, the air has been keeping up and not running as much and how nice it is to walk in our home from being outside and it is actually cool. Excited as well to see our electric and gas bills to drop.? The guys that were here doing the job were 100 percent professional and respectful and left everything clean. My husband and I highly recommend Pro Home Improvement.
(June 26, 2020, 9:18 am)Pro Home Improvement quoted us on some updates to the house - siding, gutters, soffits, etc. The value was unbeatable and we chose them for the work. They have GREAT communication with you, the crews are polite and hardworking, and the work is outstanding. We are so pleased with PHI's job. I would recommend them to my family and friends in a heart beat. Thank you Tim and the rest of the guys!!

The installers were very respectful of our property. In fact, we show the new gutter guards to our friends and family, and they were very impressed. Thanks again for a wonderful job.
