Rachel at Pure Honda in Ferndale was extremely accommodating and kind, along with the rest of the service staff. I kept going in the wrong doors and no one made me feel bad or said anything. Service was prompt and they even checked more than I was expecting. Great follow up and communication. We will be back. Especially after unfavorable experiences at another location.

I love the service and courtesy at Pure Honda. Cliff is the best service representative I have ever worked with compared to other representatives at other dealerships. Although my vehicle was dropped off Wednesday morning, and I had scheduled my appointment for 3:00 that same afternoon, my vehicle was not looked at or repaired until Friday. I was not happy with the length of time it took at this visit, but I am generally pleased with any other service. I will still continue to come to Pure Honda for all of my service and new purchase needs!
I usually enjoy taking my 2008 Honda Element here because it's got over 300k miles and the service center is typically very thorough about my vehicle. I also enjoy this location because it's convenient and the service rep that I usually deal with (Cliff) is ALWAYS pleasant and courteous.
But unfortunately, I didn't enjoy my last visit. Now don't get me wrong, Cliff was great as usual, even better because he gifted me a Hot Wheels car that was given to him so my grandson could add it to his collection. That was awesome of him, you know?
But the wait just to get my oil and filter changed was a big let down. My scheduled appointment time was 12 noon, and I admit that I arrived 5 minutes after that. But I didn't get out of there until 2 pm!
I stayed calm but I know I saw my SUV just sitting up on the hoist while the techs just walked around talking and laughing. I'm all for enjoying your work, enjoying your co-workers and having a pleasant work space but why have me sitting for that long for an oil change? If you got time to walk and talk you have time to do your job. Ijs.
I'd love to give this place 5 stars but I just can't. And I only gave it 4 because of the positive experience I usually get because of Cliff. Too bad he wasn't the one working on my vehicle 🤷🏾♂️.
