“I absolutely love this place. I see a lot of reviews about the office being outdated and Dr.Karmo being unprofessional. Yes, its outdated but I do not think unprofessional is an accurate word to use. The dentist and staff are very friendly and Dr.Karmo is super funny they try to make you feel as comfortable as possible!! “I'm a very big fan of Planet Rock's two locations. They have an excellent staff that's very polite, personable, and trained. I personally have a slight preference for the Madison Heights location because it feels more open, more colorful, and has a lovely resting spot. However I have a friend that prefers the Ann Arbor location because they have more routes that he's able to climb and he thinks they're rotated out more often (we haven't confirmed this).”

“Dr. Hirsch saved my life! I went in for a cold and he noticed a mole that didn’t look right on my arm and he did a biopsy that ended up being melanoma. He truly is a great doctor. I have been going to him for 25 years and I will not ever switch doctors because of him. I drive over an hour to go to him because he really knows what he is doing. Anyone complaining about a wait time has to realize it is because he is wonderful at his job, that’s why there is a wait because people love going to him. If there was no wait time that would concern me on why they are not busy. I highly recommend Dr. Hirsch he saved my life!”

“This doctor is a great doctor. She is very kind very understanding and listens to everything you said. The thing I like about this doctor the most is she’s not your average doctor she doesn’t just go and see what the problem is and then leaves . She actually strikes up a conversation about anything and everything and honestly that’s what makes me feel so comfortable with her. It’s nice to have a doctor that’s not all about business all the time. She’s always asking about my kids and that makes me feel good because it shows she remembers who I am and I’m just not another face to her. I liked Dr Zucker so much that I made my husband his PCP to her and he as well as I enjoy having her as a doctor. Anyone that lives in this area or even if you don’t live in this area you definitely should come and have a consultation with the doctor because I am hundred percent believe you will switch your current PCP for her.”

“Went to get my tires fixed there, and unfortunately there was an little accident with my car getting backed into. And hey, accidents happen. But the auto manager Jesse took initiative and was very professional and helpful, he really handled the whole thing great. Stuff happens, but he was really accommodating about the whole experience and made it easy for me to get a claim settled and make sure the car was still safe to drive (it was only a fender bender but you never know). Great service 10/10”
