“Due to someone not looking and checking their backing I got hit in the area. I located this shop about 30 mins from my delivery. I met with Rick and went over my icon w900L. I noticed the damage and listened to everything I said and pointed out. After drilling him for some time about detail and my personal installs on our truck and how particular I was I felt like this will be the shop. I checked reviews and saw some negative and positive, mainly positive or customers own neglect why they weren't happy. I was able to return when work began to slow and a hood was waiting after Rick help me with insurance and timing. I plained my time off and even located a hotel in walking distance. The shop and all employees I met and spoke with were always helpful. The shop floor manager Kevin also received my opinions on work and attention to detail. The painter was excellent with his work and flaws by the factory we're corrected by everyone. The installer of the equipment was excellent. After 5 days in the shop my truck was ready. I inspected the truck in the sun. The paint matched perfect with the crushed glass in it. The hood was aligned perfect, the strips were now level. The paint was amazing. I located a flaw on the clear coat the night before and it was sanded out also. The only mark was a bug hit the base coat and made a mark no one could see. Of course it did but it didn't change my opinion. The shop was always open for contact, everyone made sure everything was completed correctly and the first time. Thank you for the excellent work. I will be back to get another flaw fixed because of Kenworths poor paint preparation and coating. The roof paint pealed from factory. We can't wait to have this completed also by 11 mile. Thank you”

“I have had the pleasure of training in and visiting multiple Crossfit box around Middle TN and out of state. I've generally always feel welcome anywhere I go. However, Trivium, it's owners, coaches and member are absolutely top notch. The facilities are great, not to big but still plenty of space. They have all the right equipment including air runners, ski, row and bike ergs and the dreaded Assualt bikes. There's plenty of rig space for gymnastics stuff and ample floor space for a full class with barbells. They support all levels of athletes from brand new to games athletes. I feel very fortunate to call trivium my home box.”

“Maggie had a clear drop off process, communicated effectively with me through the making of my quilt and was very friendly and professional. Most importantly, my t-shirt quilt is beautiful, extremely well-made, and you can tell she was so thoughtful about the placement and security of my pieces. I was very impressed that she could incorporate my jackets and sweatshirts into the quilt. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to have a special piece made. Her business card says she does custom machine quilting, memory quilts, custom t-shirt quilts, memory patches, pillows, and bears.”

“Ferry School is a good school for me and my kids because they enjoy going to school every day and talk good about their teacher. They are in fact learning something new and developing new skills every day. Of course, there are some students who misbehave but if you report something, the staff is going to take care of it. The school communicates very well with parents and also parent-teacher communication has a significant impact on student progress. Ms. Pagano, a kindergarten teacher goes far behind my expectations, especially during the pandemic. She loves her job and she is passionate about it; she is compassionate and a caring young lady. Bravo Ferry Way, you need more professional like that!!!”

The store is brand new (formerly toys r us 💔💔💔), and is set up very well. Nice, clean, brightly lit store. Furniture definitely seems to be high quality and quite a few things caught my eye for the future. Looking forward to making a purchase from here soon. “What a great shop!! I called in for a new battery and John helped with pricing which beats everyone else I called . He was able to get me in the same day. Great service but where they went over the top is when I came to pick up my car Tom was awesome he answered all my questions and more about my battery. Tom even came out side to my car in the freezing cold (when he didn’t have to ) to show me how I can jump my battery, since my battery is deeper in my car and cover by a few things.
