Amazing over and above service from Andrew! I was incredibly stressed out from my car breaking down on a busy roadway. Instead of the hour I was told it would take, Andrew arrived within around 10 minutes. He called me a few times to ve absolutely sure not to miss me. He was fast, made me laugh and generally made a miserable situation a little less miserable. Thanks, Andrew!

We want to thank Eric for doing an incredible job towing our car on Wednesday. The car's struts gave out, and it was stuck at the top of a steep driveway with a narrow space to negotiate at the top. A lot of people would have given up on seeing our situation, but he called in Duffy and Justin, who brought the tools needed. They were professional and worked together. They did a great job, and we're so glad triple AAA sent Powder Mill.

It's no words to explain how Mike and his staff are. Mike is a wonderful person inside and out. He not only help you with the car, he take you in like a family, someone you can trust and believe in him. I know Mike for more than 8 years and I will continue taking my cars there.
