  Stopped by for the first time. Was greeting at the window by a very nice lady. She answered all our questions. Great customer service. Will be back to do more buisness. Its great to know they are nearby.

  First time buyer and everyone was EXTREMELY helpful. I spoke with Brad on the phone at the Rochester location (call may have been rerouted to this location during this instance) but we spoke for a good 15 minutes about all intricacies of the markets and how gold and silver come into play. I live closer to the Novi location so naturally that was my best bet and was pleasantly surprised to find Anthony and the rest of the staff also extremely helpful! The location is very discreet which is a huge plus and they went through all of the different precious metal products they had in my price range. 10/10 would recommend and do not necessarily feel like I want to go anywhere else but here!

  I can't recommend these people more! They offer an excellent price on my silver that was very close to the spot value. Friendly service and good people to work with. I hope to do more business with them in the future.

  IMHO You can not find a more Professional, Courteous or Honest seller of precious metals anywhere in Michigan. Took their time to explain everything that I needed to know about my purchase before I ever left my residence. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and treated like I had been doing business with them for years. I will continue to purchase all of my precious metals from this company.   I brought my silver/gold to other dealers, it was refreshing to come here and get an honest evaluation of my belongings. Not only were they straightforward, but they also gave me the best price for my precious metals. I will not go anywhere else. Their integrity has prompted my first google review.
