The problems associated with their high patient volume are frustrating from a patient standpoint, (staff is sometimes short, you have to ensure your symptoms are heard and addressed, etc) but I extend my patience to the office because the quality of care is worth it.
He's easy to talk to, he cares about his patients, he's a great conversationalist, and his expertise in the world of medicine is palpable.
A particular time when I was uncharacteristically ill and nobody knew what was going on with me, he went the extra mile (and then some) to make sure I weathered the episode well.
Dr. Mondrusova has worked with me a few times when covering for Dr. Brateman, and I have only had good experiences with her, as well. -

Because he is so good, his office is very busy, so sometimes you need a little bit of patience. He has gone above and beyond many times for my dear mother. I highly recommend him.
