Beaumont Urgent Care

The front desk receptionist is nice, polite and helpful.
The nurse is good as well to prepare all details of my condition.
The doctor is professionally excellent, kind attitude and patiently clean up my wounded foot to easy my pain. 100% appreciate

Staff was really nice and helpful when I was able to go back and be seen. Treatment plan was great.

Only issue- I signed up to be seen at 2pm. I reserved my time on the online sign in. I wasn’t seen till after 3 pm. I usually don’t mind waiting. I understand, because I am a health care worker. But I was in a lot of pain 10/10. Which I told the staff. And they said I had to wait anyway. I wish they had more staff to see patients. It seemed really busy and only 2 people working.

This was my first time going to an urgent care-I usually go to my doctor, but they couldn't get me in soon enough. I went here without an appointment and was seen within 1/2 hour.
I liked the staff and they were knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything! I will definitely go back if necessary!
