A great place for all levels from beginner (like me) to advanced and experienced Jui-Jitsu practitioners. I highly recommend to anyone looking to challenge themselves and reach their individual goals in a very supportive environment!

Instructors here are very professional, and along with the techniques, they also focus on discipline and respect.
My daughter is five years old, and she has learned some excellent Jiu-Jitsu skills, and we are delighted with her progress here.
(January 26, 2023, 7:27 pm)My son goes to class here and they have a great range of kids here for him to continue to grow with all different skill sets and belt levels. Everyone is very friendly from the students to the staff. The focus on not only the martial art itself but also making sure the kids have fun and stay disciplined in their craft they are learning. I would without hesitation recommend anyone to go here.
(January 17, 2023, 7:18 pm)Cannot say enough good things about this gym. Professor Greg and his team of coaches are so skilled at teaching kids discipline along with the techniques. We have a 6yr old and 10yr old in classes and both have benefited in attitude as well as exercise. As a family we have made some great friends, parents and kids. Definitely recommend.
(January 17, 2023, 7:18 pm)Gracie has been our home gym for the past 4 years. We love it for our daughter and I recently joined myself. It's been a great confidence booster and I've made improvements on the mat and in my personal life.

Greg has been an avid martial artist since 1993 when he began studying Hsing-I Kung Fu in college at Virginia Tech. Moving to MI, he continued training Hsing-I under Professor James Burchfield, later adding Ashtanga Yoga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to his curriculum in 1996. In 2013 he began studying Muay Thai kickboxing.
