“Dr Brateman has been my PCP for 15+ years. The problems associated with their high patient volume are frustrating from a patient standpoint, (staff is sometimes short, you have to ensure your symptoms are heard and addressed, etc) but I extend my patience to the office because the quality of care is worth it. He's easy to talk to, he cares about his patients, he's a great conversationalist, and his expertise in the world of medicine is palpable. A particular time when I was uncharacteristically ill and nobody knew what was going on with me, he went the extra mile (and then some) to make sure I weathered the episode well. Dr. Mondrusova has worked with me a few times when covering for Dr. Brateman, and I have only had good experiences with her, as well.”

“Staff was really nice and helpful when I was able to go back and be seen. Treatment plan was great. Only issue- I signed up to be seen at 2pm. I reserved my time on the online sign in. I wasn’t seen till after 3 pm. I usually don’t mind waiting. I understand, because I am a health care worker. But I was in a lot of pain 10/10. Which I told the staff. And they said I had to wait anyway. I wish they had more staff to see patients. It seemed really busy and only 2 people working.”

“Abaris Behavioral Health is a great psychological/psychiatric clinic. I have Medicaid and despite that I have received nothing but mostly positive situations with care. I managed to get an appointment with the evaluating clinical psychologist within three weeks (compared to six months or more) of calling the receptionist Jen. I had my clinical interview and psychological evaluation in one session and the follow up in a second session. Dr. Sara Chase is a great licensed clinical psychologist. She is compassionate, kind, and personable and is not demeaning, intimidating, or egoistic unlike some other psychologists or psychiatrists I've heard other people go to. She provides quality, comprehensive, and thorough psychological evaluations and psychological evaluation reports. Communication with Abaris and Dr. Chase may be a little challenging at times but both will get back to you in a reasonable timeframe. “My visit to Quest was surprisingly quick and pleasant. I had read some not-too-fabulous reviews so I wasn’t expecting much but check-in for my appointment was quick on the kiosk and I was kept up-to-date on my status by the television screen where we could see how many people were waiting. There were three people in front of me but I only waited less than 15 minutes until I was called in. The woman that took my blood was very friendly and reviewed my insurance to make sure everything was covered. The whole thing only took 25 minutes. Highly recommend!”
