Dr. Jeffrey Zaks is a wonderful, caring physician and deserves 5 Stars. The office staff is another story. I would rate the "office" with 1 star because of our experiences with them. IF you reach the "right" person, you can get the help that you need. If not, and you will never know until perhaps it becomes too late, your messages go unreturned, and you get sicker. This man has cared for my husband, and for my husband's parents. He is an excellent doctor, IF you can get through to him directly. He has trusted us with his cell number for when regular attempts to reach him are unsuccessful.
