Bento39

I've driven by this place many times over at least 5 years that I remember. Today I finally decided to give it a shot since I was craving for Japanese food.
I ordered Tonkatsu Bento and my wife Katsu Curry. Man they were so good and authentic!!
I used to live in Japan for 18 years and it totally brought me back to Japan.
My wife ordered Matcha Cheesecake and it was awesome too.
Not to mention the service was great.
Can't wait to try other menu next time soon.

Got Saba-shio Bento, Katsu-don, and daily special Chicken Skin Scallions.
Chicken Skin Scallions were awesome. Went well with Sake.

What a fantastic spot. From the outside it’s very unsuspecting, but you walk into a delightfully homey space with a very hospitable and kind owner at the register. I love the soft classical music and complimentary tea, along with the clear presentation of the menu. Then the food is faaaantastic. I’ve never been to Japan, but the food is delicious and home-style fresh. It’s become our weekly go to, cannot recommend more highly!

Every time we can find an excuse to get food from Bento 39, we do it! The service is extremely friendly, not to mention timely, and the food is just outstanding. Our favorite is the pork katsu don, which we get "extra Dave style" which means with extra of the yummy sauce that comes on it. We recommend this place to everyone!

Clean restaurant and freshly made to order. The chicken karaage bento was delicious and good comfort food. Glad I stopped to try this restaurant! ;)

Always really great food and friendly service.
The bento is beautifully presented, with lots of variety and great quality ingredients.
I've really enjoyed everything I've gotten here and have turned about 15 people at work to fans as well.
