I’ve been taking my car to Honda Serramonte for repairs ever since I go it in 2015. They are always amazing and provide me not only excellent service but also numerous options so that I’m completely satisfied.
A few months ago I had my first appointment with Chris Doran, he’s been amazing any time me or my mom have had our cars serviced. Communicates super clearly and simplifies everything so I can fully understand the work being done. I appreciate his patience and the amazing service he provides! I would definitely not only recommend Honda Serramonte Service but also a Chris as your service advisor.

Oliver was great! He definitely was sensitive to my time constraint, even followed up to make sure that I had a ride to where I needed to go, and also when I needed to get my car once it was completed within the time frame that I needed. I have been going to Honda service for a bit and no other Service Advisor had asked if I needed a ride anywhere, so I didn’t even know Honda provided a shuttle service!!!

Excellent, fast, efficient service. My service advisor, Oliver Velasquez, checked me in promptly, then kept me fully informed about my car’s progress. The service was completed in a very timely manner. I was advised of the work that had been done, as well as given a brief reminder about future service items. I couldn’t have left more pleased.

This is a very nice Honda dealership. Their cars are the best to own. I am as a commercial driver had an opportunity to test and drive almost all kinds of cars both manual or automatic. And, for the price Honda charge it is the best car on the road, one person opinion. If it was not, i would keep quiet and not even own one. Also, the cars like Subaru or Tesla are similar but not as good as Honda. First, according to U.S. News Best Car Brands for 2022, Honda took # 1 place, Subaru #7, and Tesla was not even in the top 13. Also, the price of some Honda cars is much lower. Plus, they make hybrid cars. The reliability is perfect. The gas mileage is outstanding. For Subaru, it is just not reliable. According to one media source, 30 percent of all Subaru's problems occurred in engine. Tesla is a nice car but might cost you a fortune down the road after your warranty expires. Also, Tesla accelerates very fast and it might be very attractive, but it is unfortunate that too many Tesla drivers always forget that a maximum speed limit anywhere in a beautiful California is only 70 miles per hour. And, the speeding tickets are not cheap anymore. Remember, we have an inflation now!!! By the way, this Honda dealership also sells a few used Teslas. You can come and look. Finally, Honda will last very long. I want to emphasize on the superior service this dealership provides. The company seems treat their employees fairly. And happy employees always do better job. This dealership is a good example of good business practices.
