Fish Fun Co.

Purchased a fishing boat as a gift but, it turned out not to be the right choice. Customer service processed a refund a made things right.

Um idk where to start. I got my rc fishing boat off ebay. One of my propellers stop working. I was able to reach out to Fosh Fun Co. With no problem. To fix the problem they sent out new reciever and transmitter with great instructions on how to redo everything. 1 motor had wires crossed from factory mistake. I was able to reach out to the gentleman who helped me correct all problems. He was great. Special that's to him for his patience. Sorry I don't recall his name. So sir if you're reading this, please drop your name if thats ok.

Great customer service. I’ve had a great experience with this company the quality of their rc fishing boats is great and if you call the company they are happy to help and answer any questions you may have. I definitely recommend the radio ranger from personal experience.

Just got the radio ranger fishing boat in. The controller didn't work so u called customer service and spoke with Arlon in Michigan. I thought I was to send it back for repair but Arlin said he would put another one in the mail that day! I was expecting the same service I got with my $1300 drone which was really bad. I would recommend these guys for any future purchases.
