The Black Tux at Nordstrom

Recently visited the Black Tux location at Nordstrom in Novi, Mi for a fitting. My son's wedding is upcoming in July so it was time for my fitting. Service received was five star. Our person was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. All of the information and sizing needed was quickly recorded and I was taken back to the fitting room. Tried on shoes, shirt and tux pants and jacket. With only alteration needed on the jacket sleeves the process was very quick. Looking forward to actually getting the rental in June with the hope that everything ordered will remain a perfect fit.

My family friend recommended Black Tux to us for our wedding. All the guys ended up looking very good in their rental tuxedos! My only complaint would be to have more places to get measured/try on samples. There is only one location in the state of Michigan to go and you have to book your appointment months in advance.

We had a great experience with Vicky for my fiancé’s fitting. She also ensured that we thoroughly understood the process before we left and gave us some helpful tips for our ordering timeline. Excited to see all the guys together on the big day!
