“This hotel is more like 3.5 stars. It’s very nice and clean, the beds are super comfy! Breakfast was delicious with a decent variety of foods, hot and fresh. The only drawbacks would be that the pool did not seem heated (a main reason why we went) and using your key card as a light switch? (Long explanation but it’s worth noting) - This was probably the biggest inconvenience of our room. The key holder for the light is located near the main door and controls the foyer area and the bathroom lights. I understand wanting to be energy efficient but it seems like having a 30 second timer for two lights uses more power (switching on and off) than just keeping it on for 3-5mins and no you cannot just keep the key in the holder for longer amounts of time, it will still turn off after 30sec. That is barely enough time to use the bathroom + wash your hands. I cannot imagine how frustrating taking a shower would be. The only person who didn’t seem to mind playing with the key holder/light switch was my seven year old son.”
