My wife and I went mattress shopping at US Mattress in Novi, MI and we were very impressed at how their step-by-step process takes the guesswork out of choosing the right mattress. He was very knowledgeable about the products, very personable and not overbearing as some salesman are. We enjoyed hearing his opinions and went back to his store after visiting other stores to seal the deal.

He educated us when we asked, but didn't push things on us that we didn't want or we otherwise didn't express interest. Jeremiah is the best representative any mattress store can have! When I think of a salesman, if one is good, it would feel like we can trust them and they're looking out for customers best interest; but often when we don't buy anything, their niceness disappears because they didn't get their commission.
Our experience absolutely defied that! Jeremiah is a truly genuine person who happens to be a great salesman too; we feel that he looked beyond just the commission and he took the time to attend to our multiple visit, from Canton to Novi and answered every one million questions on the phone. He took initiative to anticipate our queries and promptly did follow-up. US Mattress would highly benefit from having Jeremiah in a leadership role, where he can demonstrate what is professionalism, honesty, patience, proactiveness and salesmanship.
