“I had a wildly positive experience at Omicron. Immediately on entering the staff was friendly and helpful. Walter walked me through the warehouse inventory and showed me the nicest slabs of quartzite I have seen since I started shopping for my countertops. Prior, I had been having trouble locating slabs over 120 inches which I need, but they had ample supply in stock to choose from. Walter was knowledgeable about the products he showed me and even asked if he could adjust the temperature of the warehouse to maximize my comfort. As I was wrapping up and reserving slabs, the ladies at the front desk seemed genuinely excited for my project. Excellent customer service. Excellent quality and supply of their products.”

“We searched all websites to find the lighting we wanted for a master bath remodeling and Michigan Chandelier by far had the best selection available. We had a problem by mistakenly ordering the wrong finish on the fixtures we chose and had to cancel that order and reorder the right ones. Even though they have certain policies for a problem such as this, they decided that customer service was a priority rather than penalizing for mistakes by the customer. Great company to work with and the best selection for any fixture you may need. I will only consider this store for future lighting needs.”

“After hearing my neighbor rave about Andy and his company, I called him and he wasted no time getting me a quote for replacing my Formica countertop with granite. Andy is very reachable through email, phone, or text. I live in the Lansing area and was willing to drive to Farmington Hills and Livonia for this project because all the granite installers in my area charge for or simply do not offer to do every aspect of the project: ripping out and disposing of the old counters, hooking up faucets and sinks and gas cooktops, these tasks are often extra charges or just not services that places like Home Depot provides. Andy does. Home Depot will also insist on half down just to get into their schedule, they also hound you about financing. Andy is pretty straightforward on payment and everything else and never demanding or hounding. He was very easy to talk to and very responsive when I had questions before, during, and after the process. The crew that came to my house was respectful, prompt, and did a beautiful job. I would not hesitate to recommend Andy and Trusted Improvement to anyone seeking a kitchen upgrade. My kitchen is beautiful and I look forward to using it every day!”

“Hagopian services recently went above and beyond in servicing my rug. I had purchased a rug at another store that needed to be shortened. The only option at that store would have created a cheap looking finish using a machine. Ahmed Zamzam from Hagopian hand cut and sewed the edges so that it closely resembled the original. He restarted the process three different times to achieve the excellent results that I have. I was so pleased to be able to keep the rug I really liked at the size I needed all at a reasonable price. I will continue to use the excellent services of Hagopian.”
