I had an emergency situation as I got slapped in the eye by a branch and it was full of blood. Happened late in the afternoon on Friday before Labor Day. I called and they told me to come in immediately to get looked at. The doc was fantastic and completely accommodating. Luckily it was just a bruise and not punctured but they took care of me immediately. I was in town from Arizona and needed immediate action and while most places had already closed for the long weekend, Baldwin Eye Care was open and willing to take a look at my eye. Fantastic experience with exceptionally profession and personable staff. Really appreciate them and their customer focused attitude!
Dr Payne was great, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
Real quick and great. Dr Payne is friendly, great at communicating, and has provided free trial lenses (contacts) from both of my visits.
I was not happy with my "Big Box" Dr.
