Pam was absolutely phenomenal! She saved our family OVER $2000 and fixed our old softener for hardly anything! She also thoroughly explained everything repaired and how I should operate the dials/regeneration. Our water is better than its ever been any I can not say enough about the service that was provided! I was having problems with a 20 yr old softener and had them come out to diagnose and repair/replace. Repair wasn't possible, but they gave me a good price (better than I was afraid) for a replacement and were able to install the new one the next week.
