  Just came back to J Jacobs as a broker rather than being with an office that only deals with one insurance company. Megan and Henry both did a great job providing an Apples-to-Apples comparison and saved my family a significant amount of money on home, auto, umbrella and boat policies. Also were very quick at responding when we purchased a new boat on a Friday afternoon that allowed us to pick up our new boat on Saturday morning. GREAT JOB!!!!

  Highly recommend J Jacob's and agent Todd Randall! Getting new auto and home policies was a breeze! Todd was great to work with and response time was quick and the rates were great! Happy that I made the call and you will be too.😊

  A friend of mine gave me J Jacobs phone number after I complained about the cost of my homeowners insurance. I'm so glad she did. I worked with Todd Randall to get homeowners and auto insurance. He was great to work with and he saved me a substantial amount of money. Definitely worth putting a call in when it's time to renew!

  Megan was amazing at making sure everything went smooth regarding my coverage for my first home. She was easy to get in touch with and always responded to my emails promptly. She took a lot of stress off an overwhelming process. I loved her help so much I recommended her to my fellow coworkers.

  Amazing customer service time and again!
  
  I have had the opportunity to work with J. Jacobs and Associates for five years now, and I am honestly taken aback at how much stress they have reduced from my life. They are the definition of the word indispensable.
  Within these five years, I have had the following interactions with this awesome team:
  
  - Heather Smith has seemed like a personal confidant, navigating me through insurance decisions through some pretty tough life changes. She listens intently, and has brought me a insurance solution that will have me protected through some sticky situations. Heather is a dream to work with and I'll put money that this is a reflection of the rest of the organization, top to bottom.
  
  - They were advocates for me when a rental car was stolen from me on a vacation. The rental company left me high and dry in a city far from home, all with the nationally recognized rental company telling me that I was going to be fully charged and that I was a suspect in the theft. It was a high stress situation, and the team at J. Jacob and Associates helped me navigate the whole process until they took the wheel. No longer did i have to deal with that company, and I'll never rent from them again. It was a major contrast to the level of service that you will get from a customer-first organization compared with a national chain. Night and day.
  
  - The team made a wind damage claim to my house painless. They coordinated with a great team and I was never in the dark of the payments I would make or if I would be covered.
