The staff here is excellent! I went here for the first time today to get my windshield looked at; stupid rocks and wranglers!
While the outcome may not go as I want, I don’t feel that’s in their control.

They’re funny, have personalities and actually seem to care about their people and customers!
I work in customer service so I understand how difficult things can be/get but they actually seem to like their jobs! Highly recommended! :)

Staff are professional. Receive and check the car status quickly. Explain the procedure clearly. Good communication during repairing.

I can’t tell you how great my interaction with Milosch has been. My insurance declared my car totaled even though it only had 130,000 miles and no other accidents. They towed my car from a place that wouldn’t repair it. Came in for less than the other place quoted. The collision manager worked with me and kept me informed every step of the way. Work completed, totally satisfied, would never go to another shop. Thanks to everyone including the clerical staff🙏🙏

Palace Collision is a very high quality collision shop that have even taken my Ford and Chevrolet vehicles to. The quality is excellent and the have the best compressed air and painting system.
