Great trail. Maintenance is fine along it.
The trail is well maintained, flat and an easy walk, run or bike ride. It is a gravel/dirt trail with easy to see mile markers. It does cross many streets, a few are busy but more are probably dirt roads.
I was disappointed that at the beginning by mile mark zero there is no parking.
Great trail for walking or biking - especially for beginner trail bikers and families. The trail commission is constantly adding features like maps & signs, rest areas with water stations, bike repair stations and more. The parking lot by the Orion Center has just been paved. There's a complete safety path connection to the Paint Creek Trail and a portion of the Polly Ann Trail is also part of the Iron Belle Trail.
Its good if you're walking but if you're biking on this trail with like a bike skinny tire good luck u need fat tire bike for the winter
Great trail, not very busy and great any time of day
