I had a great experience ordering furniture from Ashley. The sales rep that worked with us also was a manager and she was fantastic. Her name was Skylar and I highly recommend going through her. She listened to all of our requests and was super nice. Would definitely order furniture from here again.

Loved the service and support during our first trip to Ashley furniture. Really appreciated the help that Patrick Yee gave us every step of the way. This store was far away from our house but worth the drive for the service alone. Our purchase looks great and was just what we were looking for. Patrick helped us color match our two chairs so they would look good together. Thanks for the excellence!

The manager, Skylar, resolved some concerns I had with my furniture order and she did a great job doing it. I was missing some of my order and she checked the warehouse to find out if the system had been updated. Since it hadn’t, she is going to check it tomorrow and call me with an update. She also placed an order for a dinning room table that was missing from my order and arrange delivery in less than 2 weeks. Overall I’m very satisfied with my experience and I have to say it was a great customer service experience for me.
