Great experience! Went in with an electrical problem and Keeney troubleshot the issue, verified with a different method, fixed the problem, then verified the fix. In addition, he looked over the rest of the vehicle and made realistic and practical recommendations.

Keeney is Thorough, with a capital T. He is unlike any other vehicle servicer you will ever meet. He takes his time to evaluate the vehicle and get a clear picture. He provides written report with photos for clients review and explains what everything is and why you may want to replace x, y, and/or z. Keeney is an exceptional mechanic. As a mechanic myself, and experienced aircraft technician I can tell you I am rarely impressed with auto shops. They tend to be disorganized, untrustworthy, overpriced, and incompetent. Keeney completed manual transmission service and clutch replacement on my toyota (scion xb). Caught several other major issues and saved me money and heartache. I will be returning with any vehicle service needs I do not accomplish myself, especially for recently purchased vehicles.

-Inspection and review of all parts included in the repair. I was specific about the type of parts for the repair, and provided some of the parts. He caught a bad seal prior to install that would have cost me a ton of money had he just proceeded without caring. My mistake was caught and corrected by Keeney thankfully.

-Personable and high integrity. Answered emails and phone calls quickly. Stands behind his work and answered all questions honestly. Even followed up on my questions after service was completed to satisfaction.

-Skilled and experienced. I can honestly say Keeney is better at this than I, which is not normal.

My car issues were examined by 5 OTHER companies and was not resolved UNTIL I brought it here! I was , and still am, amazed at the quality of work and thorough approach. Prices were very fair as well I highly recommend this company!
