Bob provides excellent service at a reasonable price. Serviced my two champion generators that I hadn’t started in 3yrs. Had both running in minutes and found a simple fix to one that we expected might need new gasket/seal. Not that guy that would do an unnecessary more expensive service. Nice doing business with such an honest person. He also serviced my home Generac 17kw Gen that had an error and would not run. Came with the part and he quickly had the part replaced and the Gen annual service completed. He is very fair in his pricing. He will have all my future Gen business.
Mike is definitely your "Go To" guy for Generac generator repairs. He came out the same day I called him, fixed my problem quickly and charged me an extremely fair price. I would highly recommend Mike over any of the big Generac Repair guys. Great customer service, excellent value, very fair and friendly, and definitely competent.
Had issues with my power washer; wouldn't start. I left and message, after hours, and Mike called me within 30 minutes and walked me through how to fix it myself. OUTSTANDING!!!! I was back up and running within the hour. Thanks Mike! Definitely will be back to him with any small engine issue.
Mike was able to locate and fix the problem quickly. He also gave great advice for maintaining the unit.
