Friendly and professional
I would like to start off by saying that I have never had a landlord that has been as accommodating, and as responsible as them. Christina in the office is nothing but a pleasure to converse with, and John is as well. The maintenance man Joe is a friendly guy, and gets his work done right and quickly. If I call about a problem, maintenance is there the same day or whatever is convenient for me. I’ve been going through some personal issues, and they have been more than helpful and understanding. Our rental home is clean, safe, and up-to-date. Its has such great potential if previous tenant would have done more with the yard. Great neighborhood with fair pricing. It’s a beautiful home, and we are lucky to have it and then as our renters.
