I did a web-check in, got a call within 10 to do the online registration and come to the clinic once I was done.. got the the clinic and was greeted with excellent customer service, and I was done with my appointment in less than 30 mins. The lady at the front desk and LVN were super sweet and helpful!

I must say that my experience with them was very well. I cut my arm on Tuesday the 5th of July at 7:45 at night I got to care now at about 2 minutes to 8:00 p.m. they were just closing but they stuck around to give me stitches and take care of me. The staff that was working that night we're very friendly and caring even though they were ready to go home. I want to thank you very much for your patience and your caring nature.

Once again, I received good service from the Dr I saw. Because I’ve been to this location more than once, she was able to review my records and give advice that I would normally get from my PCP.

The only trouble I had was getting the call for me to come in. I was in the neighborhood and it was past time for me to come in, but had never received a call. The front desk told me they called, but I showed them my cell phone, the only phone I have, and that I never received a call from them. They were very embarrassed and wanted to change the subject.

Bottom line, I’ll take some B.S. from the front desk in order to get good care from the Dr which is exactly what I received. Will return again in the future.

I have to say that this care now exceeded my expectations! When I got there, they said the doctor had an emergency and was running behind. I only had to wait 20 minutes, which is about the average for my regular doctor anyway. Haha. I appreciated the heads up though.

When they called me in, the staff were extremely nice and were great listeners. I had fractured my foot and between the initial consult, the orthopedic consult (charming guy!), the x-rays, and check out, everything went very smoothly. I was blown away by their caring and genuine bedside manner.

Definitely do the web check-in. I feel like that phrase is misleading though. To check in means to me that you already have an appointment. Web check-in is how you GET an appointment. They text you updates and you can wait at home until it's time for your appointment. Very convenient.

As of this date, masks are still required (which is fine with me as there were three people in the waiting room with some nasty coughs!).

Highly recommend this location.

Wait time is normal, but I appreciate the comfortable feel within the lobby during the wait. The people up front are courteous and respectful, as well as the other nurses and doctors. Overall, an hour visit with all my needs met as well as medications provided. I do recommend.
