Oakland County Juvenile Prbtn

We stayed here for a football tournament. Location was convenient but a little sketchy. However, the staff was wonderful! Every person I spoke with was kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was used as a covid quarantine place after it was closed down. Now they have re-opened, remodeled and it's quite nice. I was there for one night after I had been discharged from the hospital and I swear I didn't want to leave. The bed made me feel as if I was sleeping on clouds,was very spacious and so comfortable. Staff were super,super friendly. They gave me a free breakfast. Room is spacious. TV was huge. It was quiet. Only downfall was the bathroom. Very small and cramped. Had a very nice big all body mirror on wall. Closet did contain a safe for your valuables. Very happy. Also,at that time,they were charging $300.00 a room nightly.

The area is a bit sketchy but the stay was surprisingly pleasant. The staff was friendly and tentative, they do what they can, can’t control the area. I suggest parking close by and remove all valuables. The rooms are very clean, cleaning staff did an amazing job providing clean linens and tidying up the week we were there. Hot meals every morning, and the kitchen person was very sweet. You have to have a key to access the elevator. We stayed on the 4th floor so it was pretty quiet. It’s about a 40+ (Traffic) minute drive to Seattle.

This hotel was great for our stay needs. We were visiting the downtown Tacoma area and this wasn't far. It's close to a city bus location, so mass transit was easy. The hotel's room, lobby, and breakfast area were all very nice. Very clean and inviting. The staff was very polite and helpful. The Holiday Inn and the staff were great. The only downside is the neighborhood is a bit loud and a little rundown. However, this is a location I would stay at again if in the area and in need.
