I am not exaggerating when I say that 5 starts to this practice is not enough!
Dr James had to fix the poor job my previous dentist did.
I couldn’t believe how clean, friendly, attentive and amazing everyone who works here is!
I went for a cleaning and told them that the cavities they filled were gone so they were able to do both things in one visit and they don’t make you come back another day or make more money out of you.
Dr James is honest, respectful and caring!
I really love love love this dentist!
Also, their schedule is also a win, they do one Saturday of the month, also late mornings or afternoons.

If I could give Dr. James Thomas and his staff 10 stars, I would. Recently I had 3 root canals. Each procedure was painless. Dr Thomas took the time to patiently explain the best approach to my problem. Also a thumb up to his staff. They were so friendly and courteous. The whole office environment made me feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

By far the best dental crew I have ever had. I have SEVERE dental anxiety and they have always worked with me. When I called them crying on a Monday morning and the dentist
(dr. James thieten( unsure on spelling)) wasn't in and the receptionist told the dentist and he called me. On his day off, and phoned in a script and set up an appointment for the next day. This place is top level care and I HIGHLY recommend.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Everything was on time and it is an extremely professionally run office. The team was very professional examining and providing me with solutions by priority. I have been a patient of Rochester Hills Family Dentistry for 33 years with Dr. Thomas and his father before him (since retired). Dr. Thomas is the gentlest, best dentist I have ever had! He explains everything in great detail and his equipment is state-of-the-art. He strives for perfection in all his dental work. Doctor Thomas' staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing any type of dental work.
