They've saved my weekends twice now when attending CRAM catamaran Regattas with my Hobie 18! They were very helpful when I called looking for specific parts. The first time, I lost a part while trailering my boat from NY to Muskegon, and called them 5 minutes before closing time, an hour away. They gave me the name of another place near Ann Arbor that would probably have it, and the second time I was able to get there in time to get the parts I needed and get the boat repaired in time for Sunday's races. Beyond that, it's a well stocked sailing store and the folks there are very nice and clearly very enthusiastic about sailing and helping to grow the sport!

For a Kyake who has a Hobie this shop is the place to visit . Wonderful fokes very pleasant. If your a sail boater looking for something check them out

So convenient having this shop so close to my house. They have any part I would need for my Hobie 16 and they can provide great advice on boat setup and the local sailing scene. Very friendly small business atmosphere and very knowledgeable staff. I'm becoming a regular here!

If you're in the market for a Hobie watercraft, skip the other guys and head straight to Avon Sailboats! Tom and Lindy are the best! They made my purchase a delight and really made my day! They are the kind of owners that make you realize that there are still good people, doing business the right way out there. I had a very bad experience at the other Hobie authorized dealer and I'm kind of glad as it took me to Avon. Thanks again to Tom and Lindy for the wonderful experience of purchasing my 2016 Hobie Mirage Outback. I absolutely love it!!!

Great place! They have tons of stuff and the staff are absurdly knowledgeable and do sailboats as a career.

I went in for a couple replacement parts for a kayak. The manufacturer wanted $15 plus shipping, but Avon Sailboats had the same exact part for $1.
