Dr. Zakwan Mahjoub, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Mahjoub for two years now. We met under the worst circumstances possible for me, when I was having a major heart attack. He saved my life and exactly two days later I was leaving Beaumont Hospital, good to go. He always answers my questions and has a very positive and upbeat attitude. I would definitely recommend him.

My wife has accompanied me on some of my visits, which he has welcomed. She said that his office is nicer than some spas she has visited in the past!

My mom suffered a heart attack a month ago. She luckily ended up being treated by Dr. Mahjoub while in the hospital. We felt very fortunate to have him take care of her heart needs. He not only helped her, but was very responsive to me and my other family members. He took the time to answer all of our questions, as well as my mom’s. Since being released we’ve been to his office twice. The office staff is very professional, kind and helpful. We will continue to have my mom in his care for any future heart needs and I plan to use him as well should a need arise for myself. He deserves the 5 stars!

Dr Mahjoub placed a stent in an artery in my heart. It was to be a no more that a 30 minute procedure. Mine was giving him trouble inserting. It took almost 2hrs. He kept reassuring me literally every few minutes that things were going to be fine. He told me it was in a difficult area and he would take good care of me. I owe the man my life and tell him every visit that he fixed me up real good. His office is real nice and the girls that work with him there are second to none.

My husband and I met Dr. Majoub approximately two months ago. With some health issues and never seeing a cardiologist, my husband was referred to Dr. Majoub. All I can say, is we are both very happy that he is my husband's cardiologist. He is very thorough in his routine appointments as far as having all testing done prior to the appointments. He has done a few procedures in the hospital that would be very concerning for some, but he made these procedures easier to deal with. He and his staff are on top of everything from the testing to your prescriptions.

His staff is very friendly and approachable, and his office is absolutely beautiful. From the moment you walk in you do not feel like you are walking into a physician's office. It is comforting to know that.

I would highly recommend him.

He is a wonderful Doctor who is very thorough, caring, and skilled.
