Legends Boxing

My son went in for the free workout and I was very impressed with the friendliness and energy the manger Mike and couch Nat had. I signed my son up after his first session. I definitely recommend legends in Rochester.

I have never suck to a gym in the past, but this one has been highly addictive! I wanted to start something with my 12 year-old-son at that time, and we both enjoy the classes. All members are highly motivated and very respectful to each other. No one says anything about us wearing masks during the classes, and Coach Greg always looks out for us since he knows exercising with a mask is a lot harder than without. He is the best part of this gym and makes the classes always different and a lot of fun. Owner Mike and Manager Taylor are also very courteous and friendly, and new Coash Jake is getting better each time! So far I have lost 6 lbs in 3 months and hoping to lose more!

Great place if you're looking for a full body workout and/or experienced training. As they said before I trained an hour in here is like 3 at the gym and they weren't kidding. Solid group of members of all ages and skill levels, not intimidating. Greg and Mike very enthusiastic trainers and always positive, highly looking for anyone looking to get in shape or compete.

I've been to other boxing gyms in the past, and while I enjoyed the sport, they simply did not take the time to teach actual skills and mechanics like Legends does. I think the most impressive thing is that they really do well to scale the classes/workouts so that everyone can be challenged whether they're new or already very skilled.

It's also common at other gyms to come across coaches that simply don't know what they're doing & clearly have never boxed before - that is not at all the case here. The head coach (Greg) is fantastic. Not only does he obviously have the expertise but he's great at explaining the concepts to people of all skill levels. Taylor is also super nice and very helpful with getting you started/communicating important events or the training schedules with the members - you can just see that they took a lot of care in finding great people to build a welcoming environment.

If you like boxing or want to learn - sign up for a trial workout & I'm pretty sure you'll get hooked.

Terrific gym and such a wonderful, knowledgeable staff. The gym is brand new, lots of room, every kind of gear you need and always bright and very clean. The instructors are very friendly and assist with not just form, but the reason’s behind what you’re doing. I think watching clips of actual matches in class is extremely fun and helpful too. You certainly feel appreciated and part of the family and I’m so happy I made the move to Legends!
