Great community. Friendly, helpful management and workers. Great prices on mobile homes. Nice pool and gym, community events, backed up to bloomer park. See alot of deer, and turkey passing through. My favorite is the albino turkey.

I lived there before, way back in 1995. I didn't have any problem living there and I am seriously considering moving back there, I just don't know if they do a credit check because my credit is extremely bad right now. I will probably wait until I get out of debt.

It's kept clean and the homes are all in decent shape. Relatively quiet.

Nice for a lower end trailer park....er, "mobile home community". The grounds that the park are responsible for are kept up very nicely. It's a quiet park, at least in my area! You can just about hear a pin drop Friday night at 10 pm. Management does expect you to upkeep your trailer and yard, which I appreciate. Not trying to live surrounded by heaps of junk and trash. Staff have been friendly and helpful in the few interactions I've had with them. I rem9ved a star because I feel like they should be pushing people to read the Community rules and guidelines before closing. Two rules stick in my craw a bit, although I can see the reason for them; no cannabis and no fire pits allowed!
I've seen with my own eyes that once you start getting complaints, Management isn't going to keep fighting with you. They'll evict you and be done with it.

Great place to live. Bloomer Park is located right behind the park with beautiful trails, sled hills, rivers and full of animals. Deer like to roam the outskirts of the homes. The only downfall is all the stray cats. People don’t get their animals fixed and let them out which creates a huge problem. Understanding and helpful staff.
