They went above and beyond to repair my A/C on a 90 degree day, I had a different company come out first and told me I needed a new $1300 blower motor replaced but they weren't willing to do the repair because they don't work on Trane furnaces so I call Michelle and she convinced me to have her tech come to the house and diagnose the issue before I have her order me the motor which she told me would be free since it's still under the factory Trane warranty, i would never have known, tech named Matt was here first thing in the morning as promised and said the blower motor was not installed properly 2 years ago and the wringing was incorrect, he fixed it and in 30 minutes A/C was blowing cold as ice lol all they charged me for was a service call. This is how an honest local business operates and I couldn't be more grateful for them!
We hired Elller to install a back up sump pump. We have had work done by them previously and we thought they did a good job at a reasonable price. For the pump installation they provided a free estimate, were reasonably priced, and gave us a 10% senior discount. They came when scheduled, and completed the work in a couple hours. There was one glitch, while working they spilled a can of pipe cement, and when they were done the glue smell was so bad we did not want to go in the basement to review the work. We asked them to come back the next day after the basement had aired out for inspection and payment. They said their office required them to insist on payment before leaving. I spoke to the people in their office and explained the situation but they still insisted on being paid even though we couldn’t inspect the work. They offered an additional $100 off the bill to cover the cost of removing the carpet stain. We agreed, paid the bill and scheduled a worker to return the next day for inspection. He did return the next day, and during inspection a missing pipe hanger was discovered and he fixed it. We are disappointed in their insistence on being paid without us being able to inspect, but we are happy with the work, and we would hire Eller again.
I highly recommend Eller Services. Last night I had a no heat issue. I searched for 24-hour services on a Saturday night (8p) while the temps outside were drastically falling. Eller Services was the only company that answered their phone. I had 8-9 different companies I had called based on a Google search for 24-hour emergency service. Eller’s technician was at my house in less than an hour. He found a communication issue between the thermostat and furnace (the thermostat was on but no longer functioning). Replaced the thermostat, inspected my furnace, and provided cleaning service to the flame sensor and other components. The tech had was on-site for about an hour and a half, was friendly, and very informative. Great experience and will always call Eller for all our future heating and cooling needs.
Great experience, very friendly and responsive. Called with a furnace issue and they were at my house within 2 hours of me calling with the right parts and got me up and running. They went the extra mile to help me cover parts under warranty as well. 10/10, Overall would 100% recommend this company
